At Bogle Builders Inc., we’re here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring every detail reflects your vision and values. From our first meeting to the moment you step foot into your future home, we are dedicated to bringing your vision to life.
Stepping into your future starts with an initial phone call with Bryce Bogle, the CEO and founder of Bogle Builders Inc. During this initial conversation, we’ll discuss your vision, answer any questions, and determine if we’re the right fit for your project. This call sets the stage for a strong foundation, ensuring we understand your goals from the very start.
Next, we’ll meet for a detailed consultation. This meeting will generally take place at your build site or the Bogle Builders Inc. office in Arroyo Grande. We’ll discuss your ideas, preferences and any existing plans. If you have designers and architects, we’ll collaborate with them. If not, we have trusted subcontractors ready to step in. Together, we’ll refine your vision and create a roadmap for your future home.
After our consultation, we’ll develop a comprehensive proposal that outlines every item on your wishlist. This includes budgeting, timelines, project management, and detailed contracting plans. We’ll review it together, making any necessary adjustments to fit within your budget. Our goal is to get you as close to your dream home as possible while staying within your budget. Bryce will personally ensure the proposal aligns with your vision.
Once the proposal is refined, we move on to finalizing the details. This includes a thorough review of all specifications and contract terms. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and make any final adjustments. Once everything is in place, we’ll sign the contract, officially kicking off the building phase of your journey.
With the contract signed, we move into the construction phase. Our in-house team handles project management, demolition, framing and carpentry with attention and care. We maintain regular communication, keeping you updated on progress and involved in key decisions. Our commitment is to build your home with the same love and attention to detail as if it were our own. Sit back and relax as your future space unfolds before your eyes.
Throughout the construction process, we provide ongoing support to address any concerns or changes that arise. We understand that your vision may evolve, and we are flexible in adapting to any changes you want during the build. Our team is committed to maintaining open communication, promptly addressing any issues and assuring that all work meets our standards and expectations
As we near completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your satisfaction.
