Meet Our Founder: Bryce Bogle
Bryce Bogle’s journey into the world of construction began early, working with his dad every summer throughout high school. He started full-time the week after graduation, framing custom homes that few other contractors could handle at the time. Bryce was taught to approach rough framing with the precision of finished carpentry, a standard he upholds in every project he undertakes today.
The defining moment in Bryce’s career came while he was framing walls on a concrete slab. He looked up to see his dad, the general contractor, and the client standing on a hill, laughing together. In that moment, Bryce realized two things: his deep love for construction, regardless of its challenges, and his aspiration to be up on that hill, sharing those moments with clients as a General Contractor.
Following this revelation, Bryce continued to hone his skills with his dad’s company before advancing to a Framing Foreman position with another firm. He then transitioned to the role of Construction Project Manager. While working as a Project Manager, Bryce studied diligently and earned his General B Contractor’s License. After passing the exam, he hired four employees and embarked on his journey as a General Contractor, bringing his vision to life.
