Meet our Founder: Bryce Bogle
From the early stages of his career as a framer, Bryce was taught to approach rough framing with the precision of finished carpentry, a standard he upholds in every project he undertakes today.
The defining moment in Bryce’s career came while he was framing walls on a concrete slab. He looked up to see the general contractor and the client up on a hill, discussing the scope of the project together. In that moment, Bryce realized two things: his deep love for construction, regardless of its challenges, and his aspiration to be up on that hill, sharing those moments with clients as a General Contractor.
Following this revelation, Bryce continued to hone his skills with his family’s company before advancing to a Framing Foreman position with another firm. He then transitioned to the role of Construction Project Manager. While working as a Project Manager, Bryce studied diligently and earned his General B Contractor’s License. After passing the exam, he hired four employees and embarked on his journey as a General Contractor, bringing his vision to life.
